Last updated: October 12, 2026. ProFirm Solutions provides digital document-preparation services. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, there are no physical items to return. This policy explains when a refund may be issued for purchases made on profirmsolutions.com. ProFirm Solutions is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee the outcome of any case or filing.
Refund Eligibility
You may receive a full refund if: (1) you request it within 24 hours of payment AND before your final document has been generated, downloaded or printed; (2) you were charged more than once for the same order; or (3) a technical error on our side prevented you from receiving your document and we cannot resolve it. Refunds are not available once the final document has been generated, downloaded or printed; for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided; for changes of mind after delivery; or based on the decision of any court or government agency.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@profirmsolutions with your full name, the email used at checkout, your order date, and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. EN ESPAÑOL: Nuestros servicios son digitales, por lo que no hay devoluciones. Puede recibir un reembolso completo si lo solicita dentro de las 24 horas siguientes al pago y antes de generar, descargar o imprimir su documento final, si se le cobró dos veces, o si un error técnico nuestro le impidió recibir su documento. No hay reembolso una vez generado, descargado o impreso el documento. ProFirm Solutions no es un bufete de abogados y no garantiza el resultado de ningún caso.
